to you in hard copy along with signature cards which must
be returned to PARDA Federal Credit Union so that we may
have your original signature on file.

In order to comply with the USA Patriot Act, PARDA Federal Credit Union will be required to verify the identity of new and existing members applying for and opening new accounts or services with the credit union. The purpose of the USA Patriot Act is to prevent the use of the U.S. banking system for terrorist and other illegal activity. Information that we are required to obtain includes name, mailing and residential address(es), tax identification number, and date of birth. A copy of government issued photo identification may be retained for identification purposes only. This requirement will also apply to all signatories being added to an account. Since PARDA Federal Credit Union cannot waive this requirement, your cooperation is appreciated. Confidentiality of any information maintained by the credit union will be preserved as required by the Privacy Act and set forth in our Privacy Disclosures.
